MY WORKOUT CHALLENGES

Do you want to lose weight, be more active, or build muscle? My plans are for anyone who is ready to step it up. I am keeping it simple and fun. I love my energy, flat tummy, and strength. Whoever thought challenging yourself to be consistent working out not only makes you physically strong, but also trains the mind to keep at it, to be consistent, and to push yourself.

MY STORY

My name is Coach Zee, I grew up being active. Up to grade 11, I played netball, was part of the athlete’s team, running club, dance, hockey, etc. Thereafter I exercised occasionally up to my honour’s years (just enough to keep my stress levels medium and to maintain my body). I officially joined a gym in 2016 and started being consistent again. I relocated in 2020 and had to leave my gym, hubby and I joined a small gym in our new town and one week later COVID 19 lockdown started, and our goals to work out together at our new gym, CRASHED.

To stay sane, I started working out from home, and eventually started sharing my homemade plans with my clients, we GOT AMAZING results. I loved the extra energy, I started toning like never before and took my workouts to YouTube. Yes, I started my own channel, like so many others’ during lockdown BUT had to share my workouts- because I am feeling great, and keeping it to myself will and is a sin. From this, you might have noticed that I am not formally trained as a fitness instructor, I am just a girl with a passion and six courses in nutrition and fitness behind my name.

I try to keep my plans simple, not saying they are easy- they’re tough like hell, but if you were not serious about starting your workout journey you would not have been here reading this right now, right? So a serious workout will not scare you, but rather challenge you. So well done for making the best decision ever (PS. you will regret this decision during your first weeks starting out, but do me a favour- commit? Do it for YOU rockstar, because you are worth it and I want you to feel as amazing as I feel, it is so worth it.).

Round 1: My name is Philisiwe, and I am from Pretoria. I committed to the 21-day FESTIVE workout challenge, and I smashed it. Before I was weighing 78.9. Now I weigh 77.3 and I lost 25 cm. What I loved about the challenge is that you must exercise and it’s your responsibility to make sure that you do it. I want exercise to be a part of my lifestyle. Thank you, team, for the hard work. I really had no motivation. Now I can say I enjoy exercising, it started to become fun, I have more energy during the day and I feel better after the workout. 🥳 What I loved about the challenge is being held accountable, and the motivation to do better every time. 😁 Thank you team for everything I really appreciate everything 🥰


My name is Heleen, and I am from East London 🌊. I committed to the 21-day FESTIVE workout challenge and I smashed it. Before I didn’t feel motivated to exercise and I didn’t know what my body was capable of… Now I feel stronger, motivated and want to see WHAT ELSE my body is capable of! 💪 What I loved about the challenge was that it was indeed A CHALLENGE! Worked hard and pushed the limits! Also lost 32cm!! 😁 How I want to improve in the next round is by prepping meals and being fully accountable to myself.

Before I did not have the motivation or energy to get up and do something to promote my health and wellbeing but I was very unhappy with my body Now I am motivated and want to do more! Before I Weight 62.8, Now I weigh 62.5 and I am 28 cm smaller🥰, What I loved about the challenge is how it pushed me to stay focused and to be accountable towards myself and your guys. My name is Mokgadi  From Pretoria I feel amazing I joined the 21dayFit online challenge. Before I used to weigh 72 now I am 65kg. I love the change, I’ve lost 7kg and I feel so much energetic previously I was so lazy to do the smallest things. I’m looking forward to this life-changing journey. My name is Leandri van Niekerk From Pretoria. I feel energised and optimistic. I joined the 21dayFit online challenge to get into the habit of exercising and since I’m travelling I can’t join a gym. Before I used to exercise rarely and I wasn’t motivated enough to get into the habit of exercising now I exercise daily and I’m getting used to making time for exercise. I love the change, I’ve toned my muscles and I feel stronger.
